It’s well-known among the writing community that brass pens have a weight and feel all their own—and the Brass Tactical Pen from Boker Plus is no different. In hand, this utensil has substantial heft without being heavy. Plus, it patinas with use, yielding a uniquely vintage finish over time. For deployment, it features a bayonet mechanism that’s both comfortable and efficient—far faster than caps or screw-down mechanisms. Simply push towards the front of the pen to deploy the tip, and push in the opposite direction to lock it back up. For optimized carry, the Brass Tactical Pen features a Clip-Integrated Design (CID) in which the pocket clip is recessed within the pen for a fully flush surface. Designed by Rainer Wenning and knifemaker Thomas Braunagel, this .45-caliber pen is compatible with the Lamy M-22 refill.
