Got #0048 and this knife is a trainwreck. Boker has no idea what they're doing in terms of customer support for this knife as well, as it looks like they rushed production and said 'fuck it', and are hinting that they don't know how to warranty it while letting me keep my serial number. I know not all their products reflect this quality, but this definitely sours Boker as a brand in my book.

rhinocerosbladderCan you please let us know in more detail your concern about support, because I just checked to see how many help tickets we have for QC issues and was informed there are currently zero - did you report this already using https://www.massdrop.com/transactions ? Boker's general policy is that Massdrop should direct members to them for help, but if we see there is an isolated issue that needs to be addressed for a Massdrop exclusive, we may be able to help facilitate help.
JonasHeinemanHello! Yes I did, I believe I was/am speaking with Summer. She gave me their correct website, and I'm in correspondence with them now. They haven't responded in about a day though. Last I heard they're forwarding what I say to Germany's customer support. EDIT: They've yet to respond. I can forward their handful of emails to anyone on MD's customer support staff.

"You are supposed to contact Massdrop to get either a refund or a new knife." So after all this waiting I have no idea what to do.
