View Full Discussion One golden rule of customer service is that the later you are, the more frequent your communications have to be.
In this particular case, @bradr , we as customers should be getting more than "your shipment arrived 6 days ago , but we made no effort to let you know" . Plus , you guys are working on another drop with boker, which means the problems in logistics, delays and quality control are not an issue for Massdrop.
You guys are way past the threshold of reasonable on this one, both for delays and for communications.
So, any news if we're getting our knives before Christmas?
