Drop is dropping the ball, I wrote customer service asking about why it was taking so long to ship. It's been 14 days since the expected ship date. They said they would check with the seller but they haven't gotten back to me. Btw they also offered to cancel my order. Everyone who ordered should contact customer service
HaysI finally decided to cancel this order and my other order that was a couple of weeks past it’s promised ship date. I received my refund so as of today I am blocking all future Drop emails. They slid further and further down the path of uselessness when their “deals” were hardly deals and now that they don’t even ship within their already excessive wait times, I’m done. Drop is dead to me.
Has anyone received their order, or even a shipment notification? This was supposed to ship on the 7th. What’s going on with Drop? I haven’t received any notifications about this drop shipping nor about another drop I opted into for a Klarus Flashlight. Seriously frustrating and not at all a good look for Drop.
SimonSaysAre they going bankrupt and running away with our money lol?! They’re not shipping on orders that already take forever to ship in the first place!
Toss the ink that comes with it, lamy refills aren't that expensive. Get some lock tite for the bolt action and plumber tape for the tip. Yes a bit of work but after that the pin is very durable and reliable. I have had my basic black for 2 years and absolutely love it. Just purchased the ti version for about 40. This is a great deal.
I really like this pen, it's sturdy as hell, my favorite when I'm working or when Im on trekking. I see a lot of people complaining about almost everything, please don't believe them, just try one of this and make your own mind. I had mine for a while, works all the time, it's nice, sturdy, and lightweight, and looks good all the time and you don't need to worry about damage (before someone point the obvious, yes you can always take a hammer an break the pen, Titanium is not impervious to damage, just more corrosion resistance and strong as stainless steel, but lighter, and a little more scratch resistant, so generally speaking, I just say that is more forgiving than most of the aluminum and steel pens available)
So, at the end I'm sure this pen will last, and is more probable that you had the pen lost before you had problems with the quality.
I will totally recommend this pen, it's really a must if you spend a lot of time in saline environments, like sailing at the sea.
Got mine. It's solid, good looking, and filthy. Grind marks and dust all the way through the barrel behind the clip. Not a huge deal, but would have expected a bit more attention to detail.
