This programmable brewer from Bonavita features a 1,500-watt heater that does just that. The flat bottom filter basket helps extract every last bit of flavor in the grounds, and the wide showerhead is specifically designed to evenly saturate them. Capable of holding up to 8 cups of coffee, the easy-fill carafe is marked with measurements so you can make the right amount each and every time. It’s also extremely easy to operate with one-touch brewing and an audible signal once the cycle is over.
