Good until it fails.
After 1.5 years the kettle started leaking around the base. Seems that water is seeping around the probe in the bottom of the kettle which is dangerous, since the water is pooling on top of the base. The device now doesn't stay on or heat correctly probably because the probe wiring is shorting out. It worked great up until recently. Otherwise I was completely happy with it. No other issues. It heated quickly and held the temperature. No rust inside the kettle after daily use. I did wish It was easier to see the water level when filing it.

Great Kettle for Everyday Use
I've had this kettle for a bit and I use it nearly everyday for tea and coffee. I love the control you get with the neck! It really makes a difference for making pour over coffee! The only downside is that it looks like the area where the neck connects to rest of the kettle has a hole and drips occasionally.

Bought this beast 3 years ago and as a tea snob, its amazing. The only thing it's missing is a auto start for brewing tea when I wake up. No issues with this Kettle, here's to another 3 years,

Great for tea
I primarily use this for loose leaf teas and this has been a great upgrade from my older kettle. The temp. setting is easy and I find it warms up quickly.

Great kettle
Zero issues with this kettle. Lovely gooseneck, easy to set to maintain temperature. Quite handy if I walk away from the kettle and it runs up to boil, I can come back to it later and find the water is still at 95 degrees just sitting there waiting for me. Would recommend.

We love this thing. Despite some reviews indicating the contrary, it has been working perfectly at my 4,800-ft-above-sea-level home for 5 months now. It also looks great and the gooseneck design is very convenient. We are totally satisfied with this product.
