I purchased this item and when mine arrived the power cord was frayed and I can see exposed copper wire. I need a replacement base. How do I go about sending this back and getting it replaced? I no longer have the box it came in

Just wondering how it operates. I live at 9200 ft elevation and water boils at 195°. So if it's set to boil, will it just keep going because it never gets to 212°?

I've had one of these for 5 years and they are great! They were made for brewing pour over coffee and boiling temp is typically too hot, in your case it wouldn't be. You set the temperature you want, press hold and the kettle will bring the water to the set temp and hold it there, boiling or not.

Hi guys! Great drop, I wonder though, does it work with the higher voltage from Europe? E.g 240V ? Thanks.

Hey Members! We were able to secure more inventory and continue this drop. We've extended the drop an extra day with the loss of yesterday but the fulfillment time remains the same!
