The Bonavita Interurban variable-temperature kettle gives you total control over your boil and pour. It’s built with stainless steel in three colors to fit well in any kitchen. The long and thin gooseneck spout makes precise pouring easy, whether you’re making pour-over coffee or an exotic blend of tea. The 1,000-watt heater brings a full liter of water to a boil in just 2 minutes, and the 360-degree swivel makes it easy to grab off the counter. Accurate to within 0.5 degrees, the kettle achieves the optimum temperature for any hot beverage. If you want to get your ratios just right, add the rechargeable auto tare scale. This cordless scale has both manual and pour-over modes and weighs in 0.1-gram increments up to 2,000 grams. You can certainly use it for more than just coffee, too.
