Hey would the guys at massdrop be into finding a way to lower the price of shipping to Canada? With shipping it pretty much always comes out above the MSRP. I really wish I could join a lot of these drops but they're never worth it, as it costs the same in the end.

Vain11+1 from me. Always the same thing - I'd rather support a local shop if I'm going to be spending the same amount of money. Plus they keep teasing me with MtG booster boxes they can't ship to Canada.

Vain11Our logistics team is always looking for cheaper ways to ship to Canada and other international community members.
The ugly truth is that shipping for relatively low-dollar items that have any heft to them is usually not cost effective. Almost all of our board games are currently shipping from vendors in the US.
Sometimes we list things without international shipping options because they aren't practical for you guys. Other times we turn it on, because we have so many responses from the international crowd. I'm not sure which tease is worse.
Going forward, we will be actively looking for products that we can offer international shipping on that make sense. Board games probably won't have great shipping rates until we find Canadian vendors that can give the community the same kind of pricing that we currently get in the states.
We're always trying to improve and I'm sorry that we haven't nailed this yet.
