View Full Discussion We have just been informed by our vendor that production is taking longer than anticipated. This has occurred because they are still working on manufacturing the cables by hand. As of now they expect to have the bulk shipment ready by the second week of October. Currently we expect orders to be shipped to group members by the end of October.
We understand that the additional wait time is undesirable. If you would prefer to cancel your order, please contact Community Support using the “Contact Support” button in your transactions page (http://massdrop.com/transactions).
You can expect an update from us on 10/12 or sooner if something comes up.
