I bought a pair of Brainwavz Deltas about a month ago. I haven't experienced any signs of damage, but the bass on these things, or lack thereof, needs some work. All in all great sound quality, but not even as good as the cheaper Symphonized NRG's, which I fell in love with (but terrible build quality there- they break way too easily.)
