I purchased this in March 2016 and it started having problems in July 2016. It ultimately broke in January 2017 and I contacted Massdrop for support. They asked that I get in touch with Brainwavz and I'm happy to report that the entire support process was easy and painless. They responded to e-mails very quickly and I should be receiving a replacement unit soon.
