Just received my M100's. Unpleasant surprise: mr. Mailman asked me to pay an additional €30,63 ($38) in handling fees. All of a sudden my new earbuds cost double of what I paid originally. There goes the value.
I like how the M100's sound for around $30, but not for $70... Too bad. At this price point my Soundmagic E10's are evermore incredible.
Too bad this... I'll contact customs to ask them.why I pay custom and handling fees over the retail value in stead of the paid valur. This will keep me from ordering again on Massdrop... :(

RamplordPlease keep us updated if you get a response from customs. I got fucked by this aswell, not exactly what I was expecting. Last time I'm ordering something from Massdrop.

RamplordI got mine today, same problem: had to pay €30,65 before I could accept them.
Very unhappy. :-(

nils.vaneijkTalked to PostNL customer service. They told me that there has been a mistake. Custom fees should be charged over the paid value. She advised me to file a claim and back that claim up with a creditcard receipt. We shall see...
I advise you to do the same.
