Ok, I'm confused. So what do you exactly get for the $20? Do you get all of this:
1 Brainwavz Jive OR 1 Brainwavz S0 OR 1 Brainwavz S1 OR 1 Brainwavz M5 OR 1 Brainwavz M5 with mic OR 1 Massdrop Prize
or just one of those????? Is this any of this worth for $20??? Someone please explaine!

You just get ONE per entry. It's all worth $25 msrp. It's not a bad deal.

Are all of these good quality? Is it worth taking the risk of getting the worst one?

Yes, I would say so. It depends on where you look but Amazon reflects the MSRP of $49.50 (around US$40, give or take a couple of dollars, depending on the model). All of them have very good reviews there too boiling down to "better than what came with your phone" to "competes with anything in this price range, and often many in the $100 bracket". I bought in this drop.
As a bonus you also have a chance to win something possibly worth quite a bit more. One in a thousand isn't very bad odds at all, when it comes to lotteries.

From earlier replies to your comments. "You just get ONE per entry. It's all worth $25 msrp. It's not a bad deal."
From earlier comments not replying to yours. "Sometimes reading is really hard."

Yo, it literally says OR after each product name. Not AND.

Hellreaver...This drop is presented in a such a manner that it "begs" the question "just what do I get in exchange for my payment?" It is very obfuscated. BTW...your sentence construction is incorrect, is it not?
