kungpaogaoI ordered one from Amazon that was supposed to be new, they sent me one that had been returned. I called them up saying that if I'm spending close to $800 on a new monitor it sure as hell better be new. The guy on the phone told me that the product was "under review" so he could not send me out a replacement, and he was going to refund me my money and to just to keep the monitor :)
