LePetitPrinceYou are eligible regardless of if your in the U.S or not and I believe there wont be any additional shipping costs.

LePetitPrinceEvery drop will specify the shipping charge for your country, you'll notice it will have a Canadian flag beside the charge. If not then there's no shipping option for Canada. So what you see is what you pay. Unfortunately there's also exchange rates and sometimes duties/taxes to pay.
