Exactly one year after buying (so warranty finished) left ear stopped working. Good job! Never brainwavz earphones again.

Used these for about 30mins after receiving them. Have been back in the box since. Sound is terrible compared to even cheaper products like the Sounds Magic stuff.

Yeah, these are good for a while, but the right earphone just stops working eventually. I already got mine repaired thanks to massdrop, and it just broke again :(

I'm in the UK I just got a letter from customs asking for a release fee of £11.50 including an £8 handling charge!! This doubles the cost of the item!! The Threshhold for these charges is £15 in the UK so if I can breakdown the shipping and item costs I have the chance to appeal, although I have to pay first to get the item. Help please as this effectively makes Massdrop usless for small item purchase in the UK
