First order from massdrop and it's dead on arrival. Massdrop support has been non-existent do NOT buy anything from them. It's worth an extra 10% to buy it on Amazon. The amp looks cool, but now I have a paperweight.

Brickcity77You can buy almost everywhere without having to enter your credit card info. Saves time and minimizes hacking risk. They've backed up every purchase I've ever made. If someone try to screw you just file a dispute; problem solved. Their only negative is a currency conversion fee on imports - about 3%

FuzzTonere paypal : have a read here long story short, don't let paypal do the currency conversion, pay in usd with a 28degrees card and let them convert it to your local currency at that moment's exchange rate, without any "conversion fee" 3 years plus and no problems - you still get paypal's benefits, but they don't get to gouge you

scruffy1 Just looked up 28°. $58/year defeats the purpose of saving a $. This quarter (June-Sept. 2020) -5% from Discover more than covers it. Otherwise I use Cap 1 (free) if I know the vendor. With your suggestion one would have to import ~$1500/year to break even. AND deal with another card.

scruffy1By googling 28 degree card cost. Try it sometime. Anyway I'm way ahead of YOU with Discover It and Chase Rewards. 5% cashbacks on PayPal usually half the time. To tell the truth the only PayPal disputes I've ever had has been with American distributors.

FuzzToneplease read the link i posted; you don't even need to google to see where i am referencing in australia it costs me zero / nil / nix / nada for a card, and as i pay it off completely each cycle, there is NO expense other than purchase price at the best exchange rate thanks for your sarcasm, but you are wrong wrt the deal available to me; sorry if you miss out, but that's not my fault

FuzzTonei presume you are in the usa, which means currency exchange isn't the issue ? by all means throw a link to your idea... i'm never adverse to saving money :) edit : just had a google.. i already have a working option and enough cards, plus it's unclear if they offer that here... we're both at the mercy of local availability i think

scruffy1Yes USA. Those two cards are "rewards" cards. 5% cash back on a quarterly rotating basis. Most often gas (petrol), restaurants, PayPal, grocers, travel etc. If you are not familiar maybe they are not available there. We also have a Citibank Costco card that pays 4% on gas and 3% on restaurants/travel year round. I print a small "cheat sheet" for my wallet to remind me which is best at any given time.

FuzzTonethanks for the info; yep, here we have meagre rewards at best, so 28degrees is the most useful additional card for me - most o.s. stuff is relatively cheaper when bought in greenbacks
