RVDIIIdispute it with your credit card company - put that you were promised warranty(i assume it says that somewhere) and are not reasonably able to get it, as a consumer you have no obligation to go above and beyond the call of duty to get warranty service. drop has to answer your credit card company lol

RVDIIIWhat peasant needs a greater than 30 day warranty on a $50 amp? I've had meals for more money... Seems to me you got screwed on another product and are now making your case to be the first reported sighting of a digital only Karen. Though, based on how you act here, I cannot imagine you let even a mis-counted quarter in a vending machine go without speaking to its manager... Did losing a bit of money make you lose your shame as well? Or have you always felt the need to be an obnoxious, petulant, noisy child?

RVDIIIDo you honestly think you're anything more than a nuisance? Are you so deluded as to think your crusade is worthwhile? I could understand you being an upset Karen about something which costs 10, or 20 times more than this not having a warranty. But this is a cheap product and it looks like it was made in someone's basement. Instead of trying to take money away from a small manufacturer trying to sell an inexpensive toy, why don't you instead break your computer and leave the internet for a while. I think all involved would be better for it.

RVDIIIAhh, you're such a big man, standing strong against the machinations of small business. Callous in the face of an already devastated economy. Stoic before the potential loss of livelihood for the poor chinese people working their fingers to the bone so you can whine about their cheap product not having a long enough warranty and try to convince people to not buy it. Yes, you're clearly the better person compared to those dastardly folks at drop, peddling these small time products for little profit while laughing at the suckers whose items break on the 31st day. Oh yeah, you're a real good person. Fighting the good fight. Crusader for justice.

ZarathustraTo be fair, you sound like a bit of a gronk. Purchasing any product, no matter how much it cost, should come with the reasonable expectation of warranty by means of either repair or replacement (Or a refund if they cannot supply either). This shouldn't matter if the product you purchased was $50 or $50,000; if the manufacturer or vendor can't or won't supply such a warranty, they shouldn't be selling the product. For what it's worth: In Australia this is all covered under consumer law, even for purchases made from companies that reside outside of Australia. If Drop can't provide warranty on the amp, then they would be in breach of the consumer law and shouldn't be selling it in the first place. https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees/consumer-guarantees

treeizzleSomething tells me that the Australian government won't be taking some tiny chinese company to court over their 50 dollar amp. Be a better person, a less petty person.

ZarathustraHey loser, the Australian government just took Google to task and made them pay up by threatening to ban them from their country if they didn't pay small businesses for the info they scrape. Literally could not have picked a dumber thing to say.

DROPNEVERSHIPONTIMETaking on google over potential millions is quite a bit different than taking on some tiny chinese company over maybe thousands? Apples and oranges, smooth brains like yours are cute though. Keep being you.

DROPNEVERSHIPONTIMEOr, I can point out that your obvious bias makes any points you make less compelling. And either way, I am under no illusion about the plasticity of your position, or lack there of. My only intent is to make a public spectacle of the drop trolls. With all your pathetic whining.

treeizzleIt came with a warranty that more than likely will be honoured...he just doesn’t want to send the product back to the manufacture who offered it. No need to try explaining basic consumer law like it’s unique to Australia.

RVDIIIYes Drop is far from a perfect company. But you can't just assume you get warranty! Every time you buy something, online or in person, it will be clearly specified the warranty period of the product. In this case (and most of the times with Drop) nowhere is a warranty mentioned! If when buying a product you see no warranty specified you can't just get crazy once the shop or producer does not want to replace or refund your purchase!

DROPNEVERSHIPONTIMEdrop gives you 30 days then if they don't have any warranty the manufacturer does but you have to pay for shipping in most of those cases

DROPNEVERSHIPONTIMEI really don't see the problem in all this, is not like they try to scam you, when you buy a product you already know that it comes with no warranty from them, and if the manufacturer does give a warranty it will be specified on the product page. Yes drop is just like a middle man but no one forces you to buy from them. Furthermore, this is quite an active comunity, a quick look at the reviews will tell you if the product you like to buy has any common issue.
