I wonder if this amp can give me more volume than my FIIO E7, which makes my headphones to not sound very loud (akg k-271 mk-II)

Sure. you won't have to turn the knob past 9 o'clock for these (which is the sweet spot for this amp without modifications)
But since you have the E7 already, why not just keep it as a DAC and get yourself the FiiO E9 as addon? They should sound better with a powerful solid state amp like the E9 .

Well, E9 is more expensive than this Bravo V3, and also I think that when i readed about it, it was not offering so much volume improving than the E7 as default.
By other side I think that I just felt in love with the idea of a Valv amplifier :), this one look cheap and beautiful, if could improve the volume then i will be happy with something like this.
Think about the E7 as a simple "real audio card" (replacement of cheap in-board audio devices of almost every computer/laptop)

The E9 is far more powerful than the E7 (had them both), will sound better than the Bravo at high volume, and is much more neutral. The Bravo with the stock tube is kinda harsh on the treble and upper-mid, which is not what you'd typically want for your headphone...
