"Made in Asia" can be very different depending on what country. Particularly in your given example of other products on this site like electronics. Made in India means something different to me than made In Japan or made in South Korea. (Maybe a JW Hulme bag could be dropped as they are a little more msrp (though not that much more) but made in the states).
