. Although its not the same bag being sold here, I had the holkham and in my opinion both satchels look exactly the same except for some small details. The quality of stitching is good. Everything of the stitching is spot on and lines up perfectly with the leather. The top handle feels solid and secure. Keep in mind I've carried it mainly for office use. I've carried 15lbs/7kg of documents, books, tablet (fits perfectly inside the front pouch), etc...in this bag. You may carry differently. I've taken my bag on my bike, travels around the world, and even my dog tried to chew on it. Its definitely durable but after heavy use I have to say its gotten worn marks of character. The natural leather on my bag gave a robust look. Scratches were easy to rub out with cloth or mink oil. I applied mink oil because I love using it on my leathers and it works well. But anyway, unfortunately I needed a bigger bag. The bag has a desirable look and is constructed well. But its a shame the satchel suddenly felt small to use for heavy workloads.
