Hello,
I've joined the drop but am based in the UK. Is there any way that the satchel can be sent to me directly in the UK once the drop is complete please?
If all of the bags get shipped to the U.S. And then back to the UK, I will incur a customs charge that will eat up the savings made via massdrop. Please advise.

AdamJ.PlotnickHello Adam, I have just been informed by customer service that despite getting agreement that the satchel was to be shipped directly to me in the UK it has instead been shipped to San Francisco. I refuse to pay the customs charge that will result from this error. I have asked for my order to be cancelled. Please advise.

Please send this request to our customer support at massdrop.com/support. Adam is a wholesale vendor so there's not much he can do here, but we have a full team of people that can help you out :)

IanAndersonHello Ian, as per my message above I have already spoken with customer service. I also contacted customer service when we originally agreed for the satchel to be shipped directly from the UK. Unfortunately the full team of people have not been able to help :(
