Regarding shipping directly from the UK for some orders: this is not typically something we do, since it increases the complexity of the order and therefore increases our costs (which in turn increases your costs). That said, TBBC has kindly offered to help us try this out, so we're going to see how this goes. Here's what will happen:
Orders with addresses in the UK will ship from TBBC's UK factory. All other orders will ship like normal from the US. This is just a small pilot project, so we're keeping it simple to make sure that things don't go awry.
