Got my dark brown one in today. Overall, the quality of the bag is outstanding for the price. The dark brown is a rich color and the contrasting orange interior really pops out. However, I ran into an issue with the shoulder strap. The clip remains jammed shut on one side. It won't spring close like the other side. Is there a way to exchange for another functioning shoulder strap? It seems like there's some QC issues.

VisithI got mine in the same condition. All you need to do is oil the joints and break them in a little by wiggling at the place where they get stuck. The push-lock needs to be oiled as well and probably filed to make them easier to use.
EDIT: you shouldn't need to do any of these on a $200 bag... just saying... (places for improvement hint hint )

jwzhanI had to use WD40 to get any of my joints to work.
The push-lock, even after the WD40, simply doesn't fit well. You have to really shove it in there.
Overall, with this experience and my pervious British Belt Co. purchase, I don't see myself recommending or buying from them ever again.
