Product Description
A beautiful addition to any cold-weather wardrobe, these plaid scarves from Bronte by Moon give you extra warmth with a touch of class. Each one is made in Great Britain from 100-percent merino wool Read More
Is it a super-luxe, plush, marino wool scarf that I just happened to get for 95% off? Absolutely not.
Is it a nice feeling/looking scarf, that is a good value for $25? Yes.
Bought these (two scarves) for family to use on a trip to the UK. So not particularly cold; never went below freezing. Wife's opinion is not positive. Too small, colours are boring, and doesn't feel great. We have other scarves which are 30+ years old from when we studied overseas that still feel better and are warmer.
What can I say about a scarf? Well, the Bronte brand scarf is very attractive, well made and it will keep your neck warm during the winter. This brand also has a long history of making quality products in Great Britain. I bought the blue/grey version which goes very well with both my grey herringbone top coat and, my navy colored top coat. Highly recommended.

A Classic
Really nice - lambswool is coarser than merino but still feels great against the skin. The burgundy colour is luscious. Looks perfect with indigo jeans or jacket
I won't get the chance to use this for many months, yet the look and feel is lovely. Not as soft as an alpaca scarf, but relatively soft for a wool. I had originally hoped to get one of the red ones but they were all sold when I was able to commit to the purchase. The charcoal that I have is indeed lovely - three shades of blues with the dark charcoal. There are no hems to speak of - the ends have rubbed/rolled threads for fringe, and the sides have an approx 1/4" raw/unfinished edge of the warp [I think]. The care label calls for dry cleaning only, which makes sense with that type of weave and fiber. I'm looking forward to using it when it gets cold again.
