LambzBreathYes, I have been less than impressed with the kill factor of the one I got from the last drop. At 3 inches distance most flies will take 2-3 shots before they are dead, or just put into a coma and lay still.
I would recommend passing on this drop.

You must literally shoot from a few inches away or closer to actually hit/stun a fly. Also, you must disengage the safety after every shot which always messed with with whole flow of the weapon. The firepower is subpar but still not enough to kill something at a distance. Obviously lots of plastic, and hollow sounding. Definitely wouldn't want to drop it.
These are a lot more fun and are guaranteed to cause bug-genocide, make a satisfying snap-crackle-pop with each kill, and can get them from WalMart on the cheap.
