Hello, I'd just like to leave a review of the product I received. I ordered it about 4 months ago and saved it until last Saturday, the 23rd. This is my father's birthday. We opened it and it was unfortunately defective. I contacted Massdrop support and was directed to a Bug-A-Salt's repair page. Apparently a busted gear is the most common issue. I was given a video on disassemble and yep, two busted gears. Bug-A-Salt's page offers replacement gears at no charge and with free shipping. The estimated wait time is 1-2 weeks, so I'll see how things go.
