the product was supposed to ship today. can we get an update???
At the is rate I am confident that this is not shipping today. :( would have been very nice had we been given a status update to say things were not going according to plan well before today and that there would be delays. Finding this out on the day the product is supposedly due to ship without so much as a word is disappointing.
i agree. they obvs dont value communication. not sure if i will support any more drops or group buys of bugers stuff considering. fuck we wait months and months for this, yet not even the decency of letting us know when they know
I ordered a couple items in the past. Both of them were delayed, and I complained about the same, but no meaningful response or action from Drop. It seems they don't care about keeping customer informed.
its starting to feel like we've been had lol. Hopefully there will be at least some communication however late. But I think I will be requesting a refund.
I won't request a refund, but I'm thinking about stop ordering anything from Drop.
I think I for sure am gonna request a refund, If what daily clack posted was true about the case and keyset being delayed to July 2021!?!?!? I am 100% demand a cancellation on my order.
Customer Service message from Oct 20, 2020. Well before the ship date. but drop really needs to know their products if they list it on their site. They don't even post this information their own discussion thread. Pretty sure they have a un-updated doc sheet to just copy/paste information. AND they're still leaving us in the dark, on the status of this item, when it clearly has not shipped to anyone yet.
what a joke. im shocked that there still seems to be no announcement/update despite it definitively being delayed 🤬
I think the worst is that see the info on the dailyclack page of it being delayed till the end of Q2 2021. Id probably be getting the nk65 milkshake I ordered way before then and THAT was ordered after this drop GB. Drop sure has degraded since the last time I purchased on this site. :( hate to see it
yeah its doubly frustrating for me too cuz there were likely other drops/ICs/GBs i wouldve participated in had i known this was going to happen. my life is already so busy and it doesnt help to have to keep track of yet one more thing that wasnt fulfilled due to another persons incompetence or bad faith. almost a majority of my time everyday now is devoted to merely resolving ultimately unnecessary issues like this :( i just hope they fulfill this before that date otherwise im gonna be pissed. why why r there so many incompetent ppl and bad actors in this world
The Dailyclack page has always listed a 2021 expected ship - I suspect a generic estimation of 12 months, pretty standard for them.
despite whether or not its a generic estimation, it is basically fraud :/

So every drop here is delayed? I'm not just talking about after COVID-19. Even before that. It's not like the lead time is short. What's the deal here?
I guess I wanted to vent.
Then, the answer came, and I got more frustrated.

Their latest reply, on the situation...I just want to cancel my order already :/ its clearly delayed considering its been a week with no news of items being shipped to buyers.

Who knows, I already canceled my order, so I don't think i got the email. I'm just gonna put the money I put on this towards something else. maybe a Nk65 entry. So I hope everyone still on this order will get their buger items :) I do have a order on the BBox60 (Transparent Purple) from Kono though. so at least I can use the GK61 I got to use in the future.
