Not too impressed with this one. A week past the ship date and no communications still. I tried to submit a request to cancel but received a generic no cancellations after the drop has closed etc.
If you don't have an option to cancel, then just say you'll do a chargeback to customer support and they'll gladly cancel for you. That's what I did, Got my cancel confirmation on Nov 2nd. I was done with dealing with the lack of information on this set.
It seems we got a new ETA, but they didn’t include an option to cancel in the email. Thanks for the info, I’m going to try again. I’m ok with delays but the lack of communication is just...ugh.
