it looks like this is just another seller trying to take advantage of grossly inflated MSRP to convince uninformed buyers that they're getting a good deal. The "sale" price is the price the watch usually sells at. Also this brand also make watches for walmart. https://youtu.be/tT6bS3jXvI4. The only diff is that you pay more for this!

YottoWhile I occasionally agree that Massdrop's sale price isn't a real deal, your claim that Bulova makes watches for Walmart is grossly incorrect. The Miyota movement is widely-used in general, and comes in quartz, mechanical, automatic etc. and some more better than others. Bulova sells watches at all price points, so the movement can range from a Miyota to full-on AccuSwiss. In the case of the CURV, it's not a Miyota, but one of Bulova's own high-frequency quartz movements. Not to mention it's curve-shaped just for this watch.

Yotto1. Miyota & Bulova have the same parent company which is Citizen Watch Co., Ltd. 2. Miyota movement are widely available for everyone, just because a watch uses a miyota movement doesn't mean the watch was made by Miyota, let alone Bulova. 3. Not all movements are created equal even if they are made by the same company, this applied to the quality and price points. The watches in the YouTube video clearly have different movement models even though they are both made by Miyota. 4. The quartz movement in the CURV models are specially designed for the series, you'll be hard-pressed to find this movement in other watches. 5. The price is actually one of the lowest I can find in the web so I don't see your point.

Yotto"Also this brand also make watches for walmart"... Probably most stupid comment ever :-D (followed by most ridiculous and irrelevant video ever). Please read and learn some about watches and movements before jumping to conclusions. By the way, can you please provide links to the sites that sells this watch new for $209 at ordinary price?
