Considering all the Moon landing celebrations this past week, isn't there another Bulova that might have a been a little more appropriate, and a lot more desirable?!!!
These are hefty solid accurate well built watches although I prefer to wear Mechanical watches i do own a bulova precisionist and won’t sell it good value great watches
ED61Yes I also prefer mechanical but considering this has sweeping seconds hand and is highly precise, this is a great watch, I'm afraid of the size but only wearing I'll be able to tell...
I also have a Bulova Precisionist Chronograph, those that measure up to 1/1000 seconds... great watch.
Won't be getting as I already have a 262kHz Bulova. Great time keeping. Been checking it against the time.gov clock and it looks like it'll take 2 months of comparing for me to tell if my watch is running slow or fast by 1 or 1 1/2 seconds every 2 months, if that. And then there's that smoothest of all seconds sweep. It's a steal at $259.
NorsIndeed, these 262kHz Bulova watches are quite accurate. I own two quartz and a mechanical, all have very high quality dials and keep excellent time. Purchased this one on eBay for about $120.
Decent deal, when you consider what you are getting: Precisionist 16 Hz movement with a 262 kHz quartz oscillator, 300m WR, sapphire crystal. I like the triple-date display, but as far as I can tell, the bezel doesn't rotate. I just ordered a Bulova Sea King, which has quite similar specs, but has the rotating bezel.
