The 1970s were somewhat of a renaissance for dive watches—and Bulova watches are no exception. The Chrono A Surfboard Watch is a nod to the popular diver chronographs of the era, known for their distinctive oval shape encircling the two subdials Read More
Stryker104They didn’t. Only the limited edition version on a metal bracelet with Swiss movement was that much. The ones you see on the website were ~$500.
I love Bulova and this is definitely a nice looking watch, unfortunately it is also definitely over priced @ 3K. I think I paid only a little over that for my Omega Speedmasters (FOIS and Broadarrow) Hopefully they will be available at a considerable discount in the future. IIRC the limited edition orange 666 diver was around 1400 and ended up selling on the secondary markets at around 900.
I am sorry but DROP is long done to me.....I don't even remember buying anything of this site! The same old products rotate for over 4 years, you guys kidding selling me BULOVA for $3K??? Who is thinking that we dumb over here....I don't even know how this brand (DROP) survives, really.
VAS007If I want to buy Bulova or Invicta(and I don't), I'll just go down to the local Costco and pay 50-75% less than I would here. And they'll guarantee that watch for a decade with no hassle refunds if it fails.
Give this watch a year and they’ll still be around if i know bulova you’ll pick one up at 80% off limited and all Besides at this price it’s not worth it if it were limited to 5 pieces

Agreed--$521 is pretty steep for a quartz watch.
For comparison, I paid about the same amount for a Steinhart Ocean 1 Ceramic GMT with an ETA movement last year. Didn't come in a surfboard box or with a cute chick in a bikini, but it was definitely a better value for the money.
