An update to the status of my bottle issue. I will not be receiving the original bottle that I originally bought because the vendor was unable to provide a replacement. Truly disappointed in the supplier's inaptitude and failure to alert us of the shortage in the original bottle. Had I known that I will not get the right bottle, I would have been glad to cancel before it shipped out.
That being said I will be getting a partial refund for this issue, which is the best that we can do in the situation. I will now go on to use the ink, but I want to share my disappointment in the vendor, NOT Massdrop.
