I don't really understand the business model for this company. I ordered two flashlights and that order was cancelled for lack of interest. I ordered this stool which said it was expected to ship by 9/16. No updates and no real time customer support so i cannot learn the status of the order nor cancel it. Why would I be a customer at this point?
HippolyteHello. Sorry for the frustration on this drop. The shipments were delayed a little bit because of some technical issues with the shipping labels. But they did all ship out last week.
