I received mine 2 days ago via FedEx to USPS. I am happy for the discount I received through Massdrop and I'll use them again. As for the CAD E100S, OMG, what a mic! By way of comparison, I have or have had a Shure SM7b, AT2035, and RE 320, all for the purpose of developing eLearning programs. As for an interface, I've run them through an Audient ID14. I've been on a mission to find a mic that works for my voice in my environment. The CAD is the one. The noise rejection is similar to the dynamic mics (with some subtle differences), it makes my voice so that I kinda enjoy listening to it, and the mic is so quiet that I have to do very little post processing. The CAD E100S is a gem. Thanks CAD and Massdrop!
