The filter on this thing is terrible. It lets through coffee grounds on all but the coarsest grinds resulting in super bitter gritty coffee. This is far from an actual espresso as promised. It is difficult to clean with too many parts that get dirty with each use. It fails to build sufficient pressure to use with fine grounds no matter how hard you push. I suspect the low pressure is why they made the holes in the filter so damn big.
The aeropress and other similar products do everything this tries to do much better for a similar or lower cost and weight. The only advantage this has is it's smaller and includes a cup built in.
