Quick update for the group, the freight shipment is still inbound from the vendor. The current ETA we were provided is early this coming week. We are very frustrated with how the freight forwarder has handled this shipment and as such will be upgrading all domestic shipments to UPS ground from Surepost and international shipments will all come with tracking. We understand this doesn't make up for the delays, but rest assured we have made our frustrations clear to the vendor and will work to improve the fulfillment process for future promotions.
