Quick update for the group, the freight forwarder was unable to deliver on two fronts (one literal and one figurative). The vendor has shipped another batch of orders and we are processing $30 refunds for all of your orders as a small token of thanks for your patience through this process.
We have notified the vendor to not use this shipping company again and future drops will be much smoother. Your order should arrive with us next week and the refunds should hit your accounts within 1-3 business days.
Again sorry for the delay as we sort things with the vendor/freight forwarder and expect an update from us on 4/29 or sooner if something comes up.
Got the refund. Thx and I hope to get this within the next week. I work for a global company and very familiar with imports/exports. This was obviously not well managed and overseen with freight forwarder in my opinion. Glad it will be changed
