Hi everyone,
Your Silhouettes should be arriving (or arrived). Sorry for the delay(s), this order ended up being a mess- we had to ship out of two different warehouses, and Silhouette America shipped some directly from their offices to make up the difference. Trust me, drops are usually not this messy!!!
We've heard a few people are missing items, if you're missing anything, please email us at support@massdrop.com and we'll make sure to get you a replacement ASAP. Thanks for your patience, we hope you're enjoying your cutting machines!

MarkGood morning! I just emailed support due to the fact that I am missing the DE software. Hopefully this will be resolved and I can fully utilize the machine. The machine is fantastic though and other than missing the software I thought the transaction was fantastic!
