fantastic!
I read the reviews, took a chance. Man! First off, it's not so bassy that other frequencies get attenuated, the tuning is perfect for my taste. Compared with JVC woodies this one has a huge midrange, btw. With the right tips it's a delight to listen to, and very comfortable. I don't use earhooks, their only contact with my ears is via the eartips. As for the sound, yeah, I was tapping my feet to tunes I'd been listening to for over 40 years.

Buy at your own risk
These are mediocre at best, crap at worst. They don't sound good at all, and they do not sit in your ears properly. They have no vacuum venting, so they loudly pop when inserting them, which is dangerous and leaves your ears ringing. They are impossible to keep aimed in your ear canal, significantly lowering the volume and complete changing the sound, so you spend a lot of time wiggling and repositioning them. No IEM should pop in your ears like this. Drop won't accept returns, so you'll be stuck with a $300 piece of trash.

Versatile IEM with Good Build
Good packaging, accessories and build quality. Top tier resolution and sound stage for IEMs. Very sensitive to eartips and cable, important to try all options to get a good comfortable.

Awesome sublime bargain
I've listened to campfire trifecta and from memory this Altas holds its own. Dynamic, large Soundstage and bites in upper ranges. However, I had to replace cable with sublime PWAUDIO balanced and portable headphone amp class A. also the iem needs power to drive them for maximum result. Bargain... Fitting is the only issue

I love punchy dynamic sound with strong bass and sparkly treble . My main headphones setup includes Burson conductor 3r +Feliks audio echo mk2 tube amp , smsl d300 dac + smsl h8s + RNHP clone . My main headphones are LSA hp2 , I also have Fostex th x00 , Denon d7100 , beyerdynamic dr 770 , sivga sv021 and artti t10 iems. These atlas iems are exactly shat I was looking for in sound , strong , punchy , dynamic , elevated bass , clean and sparkly treble without sacrificing mids . kind of Fostex th 900 or kennerton gh50 sound signature . They are not without problems , you have to play with ear tips to find one that is comfortable and doesnt cause driver flex . With some tips driver flex is so bad that you cant listen to music without constantly touching and pushing iems deeper to get sound back ( when you insert it in your ear it creates pressure in ear canal that cuts out the sound ) but once I found correct eartip driver flex have minimal if any impact on sound . I was considering Ziigaat Estrella , doscincos and hype 4 but sound of Atlas is amazing . One important thing , get better eartips or you might have really bad driver flex that causes sound loss or imbalance. I tried clarion and was better then everything included with atlas but real winner for me was Tangzu tang sancai wide bore that completely eliminated driver flexing problem .....

A hidden masterpiece - TIP-ROLLING is a MUST!
Campfire Audio Atlas comes fitted with foam tip by default, plus two extra types: E type and marshmallow. The foam tip makes the sound way too bombastic. May be fun for some people but not me. E type tames the bass but sound was somehow veiled. Marshmallow is just too soft to support the stainless steel bodied heavy ass IEM that is Atlas, just doesn't maintain the seal in my ear. So there I was, spent close to 2 hours tip rolling with my existing stash collected from well over a decade of IEM hobby. And settled on a pair from an old LG smartphone bundled IEM years ago, a wide bore short nozzle and thicker silicone. The pair sit in my ear snuggle and perfect. And how does it sound? Absolutely sublime. Undoubtedly the main highlight is the bass, so delicious and so deep, it feels as if the rumble resonates from abyss and reaches my bronchi all the way to my heart beating chest. I've never had an IEM doing this! Simply the best bass I've experienced from an IEM so far. Yet somehow highs are luscious with sparkle and never hidden behind the pounding bass. The mids so rich and.. analogue. The whole sound is just so damn addictive, it is easy for me to lose the track of time especially when listening to my favourite tracks from my teenage and early adulthood years. So good. I also own several venerable Harman tuned chi-fi IEMs and I'd say in comparison they taste like chicken breast and dry salad. Yes they are good for you but I love medium rare cooked thick juicy steaks with chunky fries and coleslaw and ice cold beer which feels what Atlas is in food sense to me. Except Atlas won't give me diabetes or heart condition. Ps: for fun I swapped with balanced cable on the tube amp I have. The sound stage expanded at least two notches further and the bass feels like a sledge hammer with even better control! The scaling on this IEM! Pps: I'm posting this review soon after ordering another pair. I love Atlas so much I want to keep a backup pair just in case. I'm convinced that whoever created Atlas at Campfire Audio is not just an engineer, but is an artist. Atlas is a masterpiece.

Definitively a Classic Flagship Basshead
I have already other flagships IEM such as the Hifiman RE2000, CFA Andromeda Classic, and IMR Dark Matter. Definitively this is an special IEM, it requires some hours of burn-in and proper ear tip rolling, once this is done, it is definitely a class-leading fun IEM to listen for Hours, The large sound stage, tonal timber, high detail retrieval, and fun presentation make this IEM one that I can listen to for hours. For the current price, its one of the best deals in the market. My favorite part is the imaging an sound stage that provide me with a clear front image of every song I listen to, it is specially evident in classical music. I understand the fit could be a problem so I recommend default Dunu S&S Eartips and Alza Xelastec to fix this potential problem. The IEM sounds amazing even from the humble Apple Dongle, it gets better with better sources but it sound pretty good even with a basic source.

Light , comfortable and all around
The Atlas is a smaller IEM which I found comfortable to wear when walking. The sound is 'fun', a bit bass heavy and brighter in the mids. This is fine in some louder environments. I like to cable, there is a bit more noise than over the ear, but I find it easier to wear when moving around. The smaller size calls a little less attention than a Supermoon or other big IEM. Better for a somewhat expensive object. It's not what I want to wear for long seated listening sessions, I favor the Andromeda ES for that.

Atlas is great, but..
I thought the Atlas were simply great earphones. The plug part had deteriorated a little because it had been stored in a warehouse, but it doesn't seem to be a problem. There were no problems with the accessories either. The reason I lowered the rating is because the price dropped by $100 right after I bought it.I emailed them about it 8 hours after purchasing, but they refused to cancel or adjust the price.I have never experienced such a sad transaction before. We request a flexible response. Thank you.

DilmudThey always do this that's why am afraid to buy anything from them anymore thinking they might drop the price a day later as it happened to me and they refuse to give me back the extra money they took from me
