Not doubting campfires turning but why go with a single driver Ive been daily driving Status's triple driver true wireless offering for a few years now
These are definitely NOT safe for the gym, despite having an IPX5 Water Resistance Rating -- I bought these late last year and within a month, the left driver was "mostly dead" -- I say "mostly dead" because I thought it was completely dead until I pulled out the right one from my ear and recognized that it WAS in fact, still outputting sound that was barely discernible despite being a few clicks short of max volume, and it was definitely responding to controls on the left piece. So, quite disappointing overall given that they sounded great while they lasted. 😅

"Pros
Excellent soundstage capability
Good battery life
App EQ works quite well
Cons
Lacks ANC
App features could use some refinement."
CloakedBoarI suspect all those TWS by Campfire, Noble and the likes are just branded barebone OEM units made by some no-name factory in China. They’re all crap and nothing but a shameless attempt to capitalize on brand recognition.
Orbit's one-year warranty will apply to drop customers with proof of purchase. If you need to replace your unit or have any questions, don't hesitate to contact support@campfireaudio.com.
CampfireAudioIs that so? I bought these brand new (Audio 46) when they came out late last year, and within a month, the left driver nearly died -- it makes a barely discernible audio signal and it still responds to controls, but unlike the right driver, it's almost completely quiet.
I have a pair of Tanchjim ECHO TWS IEMs. They have the same Bluetooth spec, identical codec support, and the same sized dynamic driver. They sound incredible to me and they only cost $99.
Why would I want to spend $249 on these? [Drop Rewards aren't a selling point for me, as my previous rewards expired because there was nothing compelling enough to use them]
liteon1just because it has the same specs doesn't make it the same, while I haven't seen graphs I assume it's a different tuning and depending on implementation/design could just be better overall, that said I doubt the performance per dollar is as good
KattoJesumaybe a common skin tone that will blend in more? or they just wanted to be unique. not sure ive seen this color on earbuds before and ive seen a lot. or maybe they made these to go with my FDE colored 300 blackout pistol....
