This graphs a like an iem version of a Grado. Just so y'all know what your getting into. (With more bass). Well kinda, 1.7khz peak vs 2khz. Pick your poison y'all.
Headfonics review of the IO

And the IO is a risk. It will not appeal to everyone, it does not follow the Harman Target, hence niche. However, what it does do it does very well indeed, and paired with a nice set of foams, a warmish DAP like the N6ii, and some quality jazz the tuning to be ideally suited and more than a relaxing listening experience. I Have a pair of Shanling AE3 IEMs that have 3 BAs arranged as a two-way. Lows and highs are great, but mids are wonky. It appears this IEM suffers the same fate.
As an addition to TaylorD: I've bought them 18 months ago and they are odd, indeed. If you're looking for an all-rounder, this isn't the IEM to buy. But: Apart from the stunning aesthetics, I absolutely love them for very particular music. Everything with strings (from violins to guitars to ouds) is incredibly beautiful (to my ears). In addition to that, listening to Norah Jones with these is very nice. For everything else, I use other IEMs. So, if you're into classical chambre music, it's worth trying them, especially given the current price.
This is an absolutely beautiful IEM with an absolutely odd tonality. I personally didn't like it, but someone might. It's a dual-BA iem. I felt that they sounded best with Foam eartips. But that's just my opinion.
Crinacle did a cliff notes on them here: https://crinacle.com/2019/08/01/cliffnotes-campfires-new-io-polaris-disappointing/
Now, he obviously didn't like them either, but he was much more harsh than I am. If you're looking for an IEM that's not tuned for reference at all, that's well, different? Maybe this would be interesting.
