I assume this is a rhetorical question, but I'll play along.
Unless your existing cables are mangled, shorting, or just straight garbage, I highly doubt this (or any other) cable will have much measurable difference when compared to cables with similar termination. I mean, sure thicker wire will reduce the impedance between the IEM and the driving hardware, but we're talking fractions of a fraction of an Ω.
If you're going from an unbalanced 3.5mm to balanced 4.4mm or 2.5mm, there may be some improvement. Enough to really notice? Depends on the unit driving them. But that is more about the hardware and less about the cable itself.
I look at these things as nice silver and pastels to go with yer digs, and nothing more.
Probably not unless you take an exacto knife to them - N5005 has a deeper set MMCX, so these will not snap in place. Same as the Sony IER-Z1R - these will not fit.
