Hey guys, my one of my Lyra II's drivers seems to have the glue that's keeping the driver to the aluminum housing completely undone. I was removing from my ear and I noticed that the plastic driver part is completely loose. How long is the warranty? I've had them for about a year now. :c

LeSrirachaYour best bet would be to contact MD and CA. I know CA does out-of-warranty work but I have no idea on the costs. From what I've read though, they are really good with their customer service and will do their best to fix anything.

LeSrirachaThese Lyra II IEMs are covered by Campfire Audio's warranty; they confirmed the information to another drop participant and to me. Just shoot them an email and they'll help you out.

LeSrirachaThis just happened to me. I sent them back to be replaced and Campfire Audio's customer service was excellent, but I'm very disappointed in the build quality. I will not be buying Campfire Audio products in the future.
