Are these switches lubed? If not, will they be usable without lubing?

I believe they are factory lubed. They are still usable lubed or not. Best to lube it yourself. Edit I'm 90% sure they aren't pre-lubed unless they say otherwise. But yeah best to lube it yourself!

Are these anything like Kailh box jade or is jade not a defining color like say a brown or red? I noticed these are described as linear, but I'd call the Kailh's clicky.

NO! these are not related to the kailh box jades. "Jade" is not a defining color. The kailh box jades are a clicky box switch that has completely different materials, design, color, and is manufactured by a different company than these candy jade switches.

Is this the same as the Lightwave Velocifire KKS1 switch because the colorway looks the exact same

They are the EXACT same (minus spring weights and logo). This is the branding used originally in china when Velocifire used it in the US. They both have the weird stem with the bottom out that is soft and springy and a harsh top out.

Specifically, what separates these from Velocifire's Light Wave V2 switch? The colors are identical - do these have the same stem shape?

Same stems, same everything, but different springs.

Are these rgb switches? Meaning will my rgb work through them or no?

Yes, it will work but it might be defused a little green. If you REALLY want a good RGB switch I would suggest something completely transparent like the EVERGLIDE Aqua Kings or Gateron North Pole. Just about every switch manufacture has made some sort of "crystal switch" so it shouldn't be hard to find the right one that fits your budget nowadays.
