Decent deal if you are obstinate about staying with a DSLR. But if you are just getting into full frame, or cameras in general, get a mirrorless Canon, Nikon or Fuji.
I would wait until Cannon's EOS R is released this week. All there DSLR's will be dropping $500-$1000 by years end. The EOS R looks like a good competitor against Sony and it will accept the Canon glass with an adpator. Around $2000 is a reasonable price for there first mirrorless. Nikon seems to have missed there chance at their first attempt in the mirrorless market.
Normal price http://bhpho.to/2bqeC6K about $3100. So this is somewhat of a deal. I can get it cheaper at a grey market Japanese or Hong Kong site. But then domestic warranty?
The wording on this drop claims one year Canon USA warranty, so it appears it must be through a valid Canon retailer.
I'd be more willing to believe that they are legit Canon DSLRs that did not make it past QC. I recall a while back there were a bunch of cheap computer components that were 'sourced' from the dumpsters outside of QC departments.
