I have it, and if I wasn't broke I'd get another one to make 3D anaglyph pictures and 3D video. I'm also tempted to buy the recently released T6i which has few but interesting new features. The T5i has been a great starter DSLR for me, and I have it with me literally 24/7, and I'm sure I'll keep it around even if I expand to more professional cameras, especially since the T5i is compatible with EF and EF-S lenses, so if it isn't your main camera, it will make a great backup camera.
