This is what I have received. I ordered two kits, green alpha and amber alpha. Green alpha missed a letter 'z', and amber alpha is shown in the picture.
It’s really ridiculous!
Lots of issues with the XDA Canvas kit it seems, allow me to add another one. My XDA Canvas Betas kit arrived with no 'M' key. I'm not even sure how that's possible, like did it just slip out of the bag when they were packaging? Very disappointed... I'd like a refund on this kit if possible because I did not pay for shipping that took longer than the expected ship time only to not even have the whole product in the end.
I received my XDA Canvas R2 Arrows kit and it only includes 1u parts. The linked picture (via https://drop.com/buy/massdrop-x-mito-canvas-xda-custom-keycap-set) implied it included 1.25 and 1.75 keys. Anyone else get this? Was I just misinformed when I ordered?
I got my keycaps today! Thanks! Did anyone order the Text Bauhaus for XDA Canvas Round 2? It looks like my bag was missing some keys, like the 1u Alt & Ctrl, 1.5 Escape, a 1.25 Delete key, and 1 of the 4 Shift keys? I was wondering if that is normal? Thanks.
For those wondering about the ship date. I emailed them earlier asking about it and here was the response:
"Hello,
My name is X with the Drop Community Support team. I hope this email finds you well. I understand you have some concerns regarding your order and I wanted to let you know that I am looking into this.
Currently I do see that the order is being processed for shipping as we speak. When an order goes up against a weekend, this can sometimes happen. I do apologize for the delay. I will stay on top of the shipment and if I do not see that it goes out by first thing tomorrow, I will reach out to our warehouse to confirm the status.
In the meantime Do let us know if you have questions or concerns."
I since received an email notifying me that my order has been shipped. Not sure what's going on but figured I'd share with those of you still waiting.
Oh I agree 100%, I wasn't trying to defend them or anything of the sort. That's pretty much the same thing I said in my email, "I understand delays can happen, but to not provide us with so much as an update is both irresponsible and in bad taste".
Axi11abeastYeah I feel you, I said basically the same thing in my email. Mine was more “im not mad at you, just disappointed..” Also, not even 5 minutes ago, they sent me a notification saying my order has been shipped, so it’s all good now
