Is this the same width as the quicky? None of my pants have loops large enough to thread my quicky buckle through them, so I have to take the belt apart in order to switch it to a new pair of pants....

The width is the same. Let me know if you have any other questions :)

Any chance on a thinner buckle in the future? Love the quicky, and I'm sure I'd love this as well, but the main issue is the 2 piece buckle, and the fact that both ends are the same width and don't fit through any of my pants on their own.
Thanks for the awesome products!

Someday for sure! I don't have any timeline on making a thinner version though. I'm happy to hear you're liking the Quicky :)

I'd buy this if it went through belt loops without disassembly. when I saw the progress on it I was hoping it would incorporate that feedback from quicky users.

Same, I'd love to own one of these belts but don't want to deal with having to take a buckle off just to put it on a pair of pants.

It's the same as any other belt in that regard. When you're putting your pants on, thread the end of the strap though your belt loops, holster etc, and then into the buckle. Then use the quick-release functionality throughout the day as needed, no need to take the buckle apart and risk losing it.
